Orbea Orca OMX replacement Shimano direct mount rear derailleur hanger kit
Direct mount derailleurs were introduced by Shimano around 2012 / 2013 - to make the join between the derailleur and the hanger stronger. This mounting method is also used by some SRAM derailleurs.
This part code used to be Y0000158, but has since been revised.
