The advance roller rack was initially introduced by Brompton in 2022 along with the P Line

This Brompton Advance Roller Frame Assembly is for the following Brompton folding bikes:

C Line 4-speed C Line 12-speed C Line Electric 4-speed C Line Electric 12-speed P Line 4-speed P Line 12-speed P Line Electric 4-speed P Line Electric 12-speed T Line T Line Electric Note: The bungee cords from the C Line / older rack are not compatible with the advance roller rack

The Brompton Advance Roller Frame Assembly is not compatible with the Brompton folding bikes:

G Line (20 inch wheel introduced in 2024) G Line Electric (20 inch version introduced late 2024) Brompton A Line Brompton C Line / Pre-C Line 1, 3, 5 or 6-speed Brompton C Line Electric 2 or 6-speed

The advance rack / roller combination helps you roll the bike even better / keeps it more stable when folded and allows carrying of luggage (roller rack straps / bungee cords are NOT included)

This seems to be an essential Brompton accessory / upgrade - and is very popular (we often struggle to keep up with demand!)

Update for autumn 2026: For the 2027 model year, all 12-speed Brompton C Line and P Line bikes will come with the rear roller rack as standard

The maximum recommended weight to be carried on this rack / roller frame is 10kg

The rack weighs in at 341g

The pack consists of: The main roller frame Rear advance mudguard (this replaces the non-roller frame mudguard) Advance roller wheels Rear reflector Fixings Complete with fitting instructions

Tools required for installation:

• 12mm spanner 
• 3mm Hex (Allen) key 
• Torque wrench

Late in 2022 a set of bungee cords / straps were released for the advance roller rack. Prior to this it was useful for stability / rolling when folded but not so good for carrying things
