Intense Lower Pivot / Box Link Bearing Cap

This single pivot bearing cap is one of two used on each bolt used on the Lower box link to protect the bearings (so 4 are used in total)

Note: This is a pivot bearing cap (single) only - the expander bolt has one at each end - you may also need the expander bolt, cone adjuster, cone adjuster bolt and another main pivot bearing cap if you are replacing everything.

This pivot bearing cap is used in conjunction with both the earlier (version 1) fine thread and the later (version 2) coarse thread expander bolts.

If you look at the attached manual for the 951 EVO you can see the location of the expander bolt in the exploded BOM diagram 

This Intense box link / lower pivot bearing cap is quite a common part (not to be confused with the upper link bearing cap which is a slightly smaller diameter) which is used on the following Intense Bikes:
