• You will need to install the saddle (so some mechanical ability required)
• It's recommended to have the bike checked after approx 100 miles of riding - you would need to return / bring the bike to us to get this done
• If there are any warranty issues (pretty uncommon we have found), then these would need to be handled through us

3. Handlebars

M-type - the classic Brompton shape offering a comfortable ride - new low-rise version (introduced in 2017) for greater stiffness
The new handlebars also feature the lock-on handlebar grips. These are now a standard size so can be replaced by standard grips (e.g. Ergon) if you so desire

5. Front luggage system

Brompton front carrier block is included as standard these days
This will allow you to add optional luggage items (bags) for carrying your stuff

Front and rear mudguards for all weather riding / commuting - silver

7. Roller wheels

Standard roller - new 2017 onwards version - wheels help keep the bike stable when folded 

8. Tyres / Wheels

Schwalbe Marathon Racer - introduced by Brompton in 2018 - 16 x 1.35 inch tyres with reflective sidewall to help make you more visible to cars when riding in the dark 
Low rolling resistance and good puncture protection 
16 inch (ETRTO size 349) wheels with double wall rim and 28 spokes
Schrader / car type 8mm valve 

9. Saddle

Standard Brompton saddle 147mm wide - new 2016 onwards model with the possibility to mount the Brompton CatEye mini light under the saddle

Two saddle bag mounting eyes - for mounting the Brompton QCOV saddle bag or a Brooks saddle bag

10. Seat height

Standard seatpost for riders with an inside leg measurement up to 33 inches
Note: For riders up to 35 inch inside leg we can fit an extended length seat post (6cm longer) for no extra charge
If you want a telescopic seatpost - we can also fit this - but at an extra charge

11. Suspension

Standard suspension - since 2018, Brompton no longer have standard / firm blocks - just a new standard (more or less equivalent to the old firm block)

The reflector mounting brackets can be used to fit lights at a later time if required
