The Park Tool Supergrip Assembly Compound - SAC-2 - gives a better grip between components, meaning that less clamping force is required to safely secure components.
It is especially useful for carbon / lighter alloys where too much force can damage components (Some carbon handlebars for example such as those from Renthal should only be tightened to 5Nm - just over finger tight).
