Although the above gives a rough size guide - there is a simple sizing on the Intense box! (You need to be able to stand over the highest part of the crossbar with a one inch learance between the crossbar and your crotch - we think this is a safety feature!)

The bike comes with a toolbox, which includes the majority of the tools you will need to maintain your Intense this included a 3-way Y-Wrench Multi-Hex/Allen tool, high pressure shock pump, torque wrench and a selection of Philips, Hex/Allen and Torx drivers/bits, it also includes sealant and valves to convert your tires to a tubeless setup - let us know if you would like us to do this for you
Maintenance notes, if you need to replace your bottom bracket bearings we would recommend the following:Hope Bottom Bracket Stainless Steel BBPF4130SS, with a DUB conversion kit, BB016-K2 and then if you need a preload kit, you will need a SSP8001001
