Re-cycle those old inner tubes

When you have used up and removed an old inner tube, don't just throw it away (by the way - there really is no "away" - it has to go somewhere), make use of it for something else such as:

Slice into thin strips and use as elastic bands.

While not quite as elastic as a real elastic band, recycled inner tube elastic bands are tough.
