Here's how what you order gets to you
First, you choose and order the stuff you want. We show you the quantities that we have in stock, so you know if it's really going to get shipped. (We hate the Internet lottery of not quite knowing if what you are ordering is really going to be sent immediately)
Then we lovingly put it in a suitable sized package - using recycled boxes / packaging wherever possible (it may not always look the best - but we try to do what is best to reduce waste).
The postman (he's not called Pat in our case) then collects your parcel and takes it to the Royal Mail depot.
We will ship all in stock items within 24 hours - 1st class (subject to weight).
(Did we mention that we use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries?)
The Royal Mail then work their magic - and somehow it ends up where you wanted it delivered.
Note: If it's too big to put through the letter box and you are not in then your postman will probably leave you a nice note asking you to collect from your local post office.
Another note: If it is too big to go via Royal Mail we will send with Parcelforce - this sometimes takes longer.
When your parcel leaves us we e-mail you with a dispatch notification so you know it is on its way.
Even though Royal mail try and deliver next day - it doesn't always happen, so we are now offering for a small charge Royal Mail Special Delivery - where they guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day or we will refund the extra charge.
Additionally it is possible for Friday orders to get a Saturday delivery - but again Royal Mail charge even more for this delivery service.
Even with all the best of intentions - it is still possible (though not probable) that things can go wrong, unfortunately.
Just contact us by clicking here and letting us know what the issue is - and we will resolve it.
We can deliver to European Union countries - although this will take longer than UK deliveries (it is further away after all), unfortunately - we can not currently deliver outside of the European Union.
