About your delivery

Free UK mainland delivery is standard here

Here's how what you order gets to you

First, you choose and order the stuff you want. We show you the quantities that we have in stock, so you know if it's really going to get shipped. (We hate the Internet lottery of not quite knowing if what you are ordering is really going to be sent immediately)

Then we lovingly put it in a suitable sized package - using recycled boxes / packaging wherever possible.

The postman (he's not called Pat in our case) then collects your parcel and takes it to the Royal Mail depot.

If you order an item we have in stock before 16:30 GMT, then it should be in the postal system the same day - which means all things going to plan (unfortunately Royal Mail don't always deliver as quick as we would like) - you should receive it next day.

(Did we mention that we use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries?)

The Royal Mail then work their magic - and somehow it ends up where you wanted it delivered.

Note: If it's too big to put through the letter box and you are not in then your postman will probably leave you a nice note asking you to collect from your local post office.

Need it quicker?

Even though Royal mail try and deliver next day - it doesn't always happen, so we are now offering for a small charge Royal Mail Special Delivery - where they guarantee delivery by 1pm or we will refund the extra charge.

What if it doesn't go to plan?

Even with all the best of intentions - it is still possible (though not probable) that things can go wrong, unfortunately.

Just contact us by clicking here and letting us know what the issue is - and we will resolve it.

Deliveries outside UK?

We can deliver to European Union countries - although this will take longer than UK deliveries (it is further away after all), unfortunately - we can not currently deliver outside of the European Union.
